Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern bookings with Laygos Watercrafts.
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified by our payment provider. Booking references are issued automatically and must be presented at check-in.
2. Arrival and check-in
Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals may forfeit part or all of their session where a following booking is scheduled.
3. Safety
All guests must wear the life jacket provided and follow crew instructions at all times. We reserve the right to refuse participation, without refund, to any guest who is intoxicated, unwell, or who declines to follow safety instructions.
4. Age and ability
Minimum ages apply to individual experiences and are shown on each experience page. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
5. Cancellations and changes
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are refunded in full. Cancellations inside 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Laygos Watercrafts may cancel or reschedule for reasons of weather or safety, in which case a full refund or free reschedule is offered.
6. Liability
Water sports carry inherent risk. Guests participate at their own risk and confirm that they have disclosed any medical condition that may be affected by the activity. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking except where excluded by law.
7. Property
Personal property is brought on board at the owner's risk. Lockers are available for valuables.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
