Terms and Conditions for Laygoswatercrafts Events
The terms that govern bookings with Laygos Watercrafts.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, making a reservation, or participating in any Laygoswatercrafts event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your booking or denial of participation without refund.
2. Payment and Booking
● Full payment is required to confirm your booking or ticket purchase.
● Reservations are non-transferable unless expressly approved by Laygoswatercrafts management.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations are subject to the following refund policy:
● More than 7 days to the event or booking time: 90% refund of the total amount paid.
● 7 to 3 days to the event or booking time: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
● Less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours to the event or booking time: 20%
refund of the total amount paid.
● Less than 24 hours to the event or booking time: No refund will be issued.
All cancellations must be communicated via email or phone to Laygoswatercrafts customer
service. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days.
4. Event Rescheduling
In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Laygoswatercrafts reserves the right to reschedule the event. Participants will be notified promptly, and alternative dates will be provided. Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled events.
5. Arrival and Check-In
● Participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the event or cruise departure time for check-in and boarding procedures.
● Late arrivals may result in denial of entry, and no refunds will be provided.
6. Safety and Conduct
● All participants are required to adhere to safety guidelines provided by the
Laygoswatercrafts crew and staff.
● Any participant deemed to be acting inappropriately, endangering others, or causing damage to property will be removed from the event without refund.
● Laygoswatercrafts reserves the right to deny entry to any individual under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of check-in.
7. Liability Waiver
By participating in a Laygoswatercrafts event, you acknowledge and accept that water-based activities involve inherent risks. Laygoswatercrafts is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the event. Participants are encouraged to take necessary precautions and ensure they are medically fit to engage in such activities.
8. Force Majeure
Laygoswatercrafts is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of God.
9. Photography and Media
By participating in a Laygoswatercrafts event, you consent to being photographed or
recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform
the crew prior to the event.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Laygoswatercrafts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our official website and will take immediate effect.
